This policy covers this website, labs.vexous.com, run by Vexous Labs, 401, Galle Road, Colombo 04, Sri Lanka. Our Shopify apps have their own privacy policies on their websites: ReachMe, PayGate and QuoteLoop.

In short

• We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the site are useful.
• No advertising, no ad tracking, no selling or sharing of your information.
• The project brief form doesn't send anything to us by itself: it opens your own email app with a message you can read before you send it.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4. It sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years) and sends Google your page views, the links you click, your device and browser type, your approximate location (country and city, from your IP address) and the page you came from. We use this only to understand how the site is used and improve it.

Advertising features, ad personalisation and Google signals are turned off.

If you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you press "Allow" in the cookie banner. Elsewhere they're on unless you press "Decline". You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings (also at the bottom of every page). Your choice is saved in your browser. With cookies off, Google may still receive a basic, cookieless signal that a page was viewed.

When you email us

If you write to us, by email or through the project brief, we receive what you send: usually your name, email address, company and details about your project. We use it only to reply and to discuss your project, and we keep it as long as we need it for that or as the law requires. Ask us and we'll delete it.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@labs.vexous.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
